The Employee Member brings documentation of their labor qualifications to a Workplace Advisor (Qualifier Member) who classifies the Employee Member into labor classifications. Employee Members can have multiple labor classifications. The Workplace Advisor also helps the Employee Member budget the split between compensation and benefits. Benefits include, medical insurance, pension and paid time off. Compensation and benefits are combined with employer payroll based taxes, worker's compensation insurance fee and SFHAX fee to total the labor payment fee that the Employer Member sees. The Employee Member can vary their compensation (ask hourly pay for labor) which changes the labor payment. The Employee Member also specifies a work schedule and can specify different ask hourly pay rates for different work periods.
